In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the jlpj platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jlpj Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that jlpj may publish from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

To be eligible to register and use the jlpj platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with the minimum age requirement for online gaming in the Philippines as established by PAGCOR;
• You are not located in, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Territory;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jlpj or any of its affiliated companies, gaming providers, or payment processors;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and for personal recreational purposes, and not on behalf of any third party;
• You do not already hold an existing active account on the jlpj platform (one account per individual is permitted);
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jlpj platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework;
• Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or obligation in your jurisdiction of residence.

To access the full Services offered by jlpj, you are required to create a registered account. In doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number;
• Promptly update your account information if any details change;
• Register only one (1) account per individual. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds and permanent ban from the platform;
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

jlpj reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an account at any time if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent, or if eligibility requirements are not met. In such cases, jlpj will handle any deposited funds in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. jlpj implements industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, OTP-based device verification, and optional two-factor authentication; however, the security of your login credentials remains your responsibility.

You must notify jlpj immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, or that your password has been compromised. jlpj will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that arises from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• Do not share your password, OTP codes, or account details with any third party, including jlpj customer support staff (jlpj representatives will never ask for your password);
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in Account Settings for enhanced protection;
• Use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.

jlpj accepts deposits via the following methods available to Philippine-resident players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the Wallet section of your account.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. jlpj does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from accounts, wallets, or cards belonging to another individual will be subject to reversal and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 for GCash and Maya; minimum amounts for other methods are displayed at the time of selection;
• Processing Time: GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours;
• Deposit Fees: jlpj does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which jlpj accepts no responsibility;
• Currency: All accounts are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Transactions in other currencies are converted at the applicable rate and may incur exchange fees from your payment provider.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Wallet section of your account at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your account KYC verification has been completed and approved;
• The withdrawal amount consists entirely of Real Money Funds (Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn);
• No account security review or regulatory hold is in progress;
• The requested withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the Wallet section.

Processing timeframes: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours are queued and processed at the commencement of the next business period.

jlpj reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined threshold amounts or that exhibit patterns consistent with regulatory risk indicators. Such reviews are conducted within 48 hours and jlpj will communicate the status of any review to the affected player.

jlpj offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all jlpj promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (new player, existing player, minimum deposit, game type) are specified per promotion;
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to the stated wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) before any associated winnings become withdrawable as Real Money Funds;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games typically contribute at a reduced rate specified per promotion;
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated bonus abuse, will be voided and may result in permanent account suspension;
• jlpj reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress;
• In the event of ambiguity regarding bonus eligibility or wagering, jlpj's decision shall be final and binding.

All games offered on the jlpj platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operated in accordance with the technical specifications and rules published by those providers. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept the applicable rules of that game.

• All gameplay outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for digital games, or by physical random mechanisms for live dealer games, and are audited for fairness by independent testing laboratories;
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface. Bets below the minimum or above the maximum are not accepted;
• In the event of a disconnection or technical error during gameplay, jlpj's systems log the state of each game round. Interrupted rounds are resolved based on the last valid game state recorded by the server. jlpj is not liable for disruptions caused by the player's own device or internet connection;
• In the event of a manifest software error or obvious technical malfunction resulting in an erroneous payout, jlpj reserves the right to void the affected game round and correct the account balance accordingly, after notifying the player;
• Game history for all sessions is accessible in the player account history for a minimum of 90 days.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are as certified by the relevant game provider and are available upon request. jlpj does not modify RTP settings beyond those certified by the provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlpj platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Identity Theft: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using forged identity documents;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using different identities, for any purpose including bonus exploitation;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker variants, live casino, or any game with a competitive element;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to play games or interact with the platform;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through coordinated multi-account activity, systematic low-risk wagering solely for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements, or any other manipulation of promotional terms;
• Money Laundering: Using the jlpj platform to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or in any manner inconsistent with applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment chargebacks with your payment provider in respect of legitimate jlpj transactions;
• Circumvention of Controls: Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means to access the platform from a Prohibited Territory or to circumvent account restrictions or self-exclusion.

jlpj is committed to the principles of responsible gaming and the protection of players who may be at risk of gambling-related harm. In accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and our own operational standards, jlpj provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable in Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration limits with automatic logout upon reaching the set threshold;
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying elapsed session time and net gaming activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, access to all gaming services is disabled and promotional communications are suspended;
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary account pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which gameplay is disabled but account access and withdrawal functionality are retained.

All content, materials, software, designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and other intellectual property accessible through or displayed on the jlpj platform are owned by or licensed to jlpj and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content;
• Use any jlpj trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software forming part of the jlpj platform;
• Frame or mirror any content from the jlpj platform on any other website or digital medium without express written permission.

Any unauthorized use of jlpj intellectual property may constitute an infringement and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlpj's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlpj expressly excludes liability for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss or corruption of data;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside jlpj's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, acts of government, or natural disasters;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the platform that is not directly related to game outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jlpj's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

jlpj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Regulatory direction or requirement;
• Inability to verify the identity, age, or eligibility of the account holder;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies — see below).

Dormant Accounts: An account that has not been logged into for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. jlpj will send notification to the registered mobile number 30 days prior to the account being classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are maintained in full for a minimum period of 3 years, after which unclaimed balances may be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine unclaimed funds regulations.

Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting jlpj support via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be transferred to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding regulatory holds.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jlpj at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute and the resolution sought. jlpj commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days and to engaging in good-faith efforts to resolve the matter informally before either party pursues formal proceedings.

jlpj reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlpj will provide advance notice through one or more of the following means: an in-platform notification upon login, an SMS to your registered mobile number, or a prominent notice on the jlpj homepage.

Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, as indicated by the effective date in the header of this document, supersedes all previous versions.
